COVID 19 Office Hours Notice

The Natick Housing Authority is closed to the public until further due to the State of Emergency declared in relation to the Coronavirus.  There will be reduced staffing levels at our offices as we do our part in preventing the spread of the virus.

Residents, applicants and the public can reach our office by calling 508-653-2971 during normal business hours. All staff have the ability to receive and respond to emails and phone calls during this time.

During this time, work orders for all residents will be limited to health and safety requests that are emergency in nature.  If you are a resident of one of our buildings and have a maintenance emergency at any time of day, please call the emergency line at 508-653-5743. You may continue to call in routine work orders at 508-653-2971. These will be logged and completed when the State of Emergency has been lifted. 

We ask all residents, visitors and families to take precautions to prevent the spread of this virus. 

Due to the health and safety of all of our visitors and employees, the Natick Housing Authority Lobby will be closed to foot traffic until further notice.  All Community Centers at our sites will be closed as well except for laundry facilities.  If you need to communicate with any of our staff, please do so via phone or email.
